A Speyside single malt finished in a ruby port barrique. And it shows. Deep cherry wood in colour. On the nose, sweet pineapple, cherries, and plums with hints of vanilla and oak. On the palate, luscious plums and cherries give way to dark chocolate, a whisper of cinnamon, and just the right amount of port influence. Our inaugural US release.

India produces some of the most exciting whisky in the world right now, and Paul John leads the way. Caramel in colour. The nose is herbaceous and complex. Dried fruit, prunes, cherry syrup. The palate starts with a light earthiness before opening into sweet sherry, dried fruits, and warm spice. Something most whisky drinkers haven't discovered yet. They should.

A 16 year Speyside single malt from Glen Moray, bottled from a single cask. Pale yellow in colour, with orchard fruit on the nose. Indulgently sweet on the palate, with loads of apple and pear.
Every bottle we sell comes from a single cask. No blending, no averaging, no softening the edges. What is in the cask is what goes in the bottle.
We do not chill-filter and we do not add colouring. The whisky you receive looks and tastes exactly as it did in the warehouse.
Every label carries the vintage, the cask type, the region, and the bottle count. Some distilleries sell casks on the condition their name stays off the label. When that is the case, we say so plainly. Nothing invented. Nothing hidden.
